Sales Operator – Call Center (English)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Operator to join our call centre in Sousse. You will promote psychic reading services to new and existing customers, delivering a professional and friendly experience in English.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers.
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and communicate clearly over the phone.
• Register and prospect new clients, conducting sales activities with integrity.
• Achieve sales targets while upholding company standards.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Motivated with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Experience working in an English‑language call centre.
• Basic computer literacy.

• Permanent (CDI) contract with paid training.
• Base salary of 700 TND net, increasing to 1,000 TND net after three months.
