Sales and Marketing Specialist

About the role

Tradrly, an innovative tech startup in Mahdia, Tunisia, is looking for a full‑time Sales and Marketing Specialist to drive B2B sales and support brand awareness. The role is on‑site and involves the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, as well as the creation and execution of marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospects, conduct product presentations and demos.
• Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through closing and prepare proposals.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, support brand awareness activities, and maintain social media presence.
• Respond to customer inquiries, nurture relationships, and track performance metrics.
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to align messaging with client needs.
• Contribute to training materials and sessions for clients and internal team members.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service skills to engage clients and build long‑term relationships.
• Proven B2B sales experience in tech solutions, with ability to meet revenue targets.
• Experience delivering product training and supporting client onboarding.
• Basic knowledge of marketing, including campaign development and brand positioning.
• Proficiency in English and French; Arabic is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.
