Risk Management Consultant

About the role

Devoteam is seeking a Senior Risk Management Consultant to advise clients on identifying, assessing and mitigating risks that could affect their operations, financial stability and reputation. You will develop and implement risk management strategies, ensure regulatory compliance and support clients across public and financial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage risk management projects for diverse clients, primarily in the public and financial sectors.
• Facilitate the planning and implementation of Enterprise Risk Management frameworks, including risk identification, analysis, response planning, monitoring and control.
• Conduct risk assessments, quantify risk appetite and tolerance, and develop policies, procedures and mitigation plans.
• Prepare and present risk reports to senior management, Board Risk Management Committee and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Risk Management, IT, Information Systems, Telecommunication Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Risk Management Specialist or similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills, fluent in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and tools.
• Understanding of IT audit within financial audits and related regulations.
• Experience developing risk management policies, procedures and mitigation plans.
