About the role
The company, a well‑known pharmaceutical manufacturer, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to ensure the reliability and optimal performance of its production equipment. The role focuses on planning, executing, and continuously improving maintenance activities across the plant.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in the planning of maintenance work.
- Guarantee the proper functioning of production equipment.
- Implement the maintenance program.
- Process, analyze, and prioritize intervention requests.
- Improve equipment availability rates.
- Monitor and control completed interventions, proposing performance improvements in cost and utilization.
- Prepare a dashboard related to maintenance activities.
Required profile
- Engineer specialized in Electromechanics or Industrial Maintenance.
