Responsable Maintenance – Industrie

About the role

GAN, a subsidiary of Poulina Group Holding, is looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead its technical team and ensure the reliability of its industrial installations in Ben Arous, Tunisia.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee the availability and reliability of production equipment.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Supervise and coach the maintenance team, including technicians and agents.
• Optimize maintenance costs and manage the department budget.
• Coordinate technical interventions with suppliers and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement and industrial investment projects.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in industrial maintenance, mechanical, or electromechanical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial environment.
• Strong analytical abilities and decision‑making skills.
• Leadership, rigor, and strong organizational sense.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (GMAO).
