About the role
We are looking for a friendly, bilingual professional to join our remote customer support team. You will assist French‑speaking customers via phone and live chat, turning challenges into positive experiences while representing our brand with care.
Key responsibilities
- Provide timely, courteous support in French and English through calls and chat.
- Troubleshoot customer issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
- Accurately document every interaction in our CRM.
- Spot recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to stay aligned on priorities.
- Uphold brand professionalism and cultural sensitivity.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
- Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
- Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
- Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is a plus.
Required skills
- Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
