QA Automation Engineer – ISTQB Certified Tester

About the role

We are building a validation team in Tunisia for a major international vehicle manufacturer. The team will work on embedded software programs for digital cockpit, instrument cluster, infotainment and connected systems, handling real production requirements and release cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse requirements and derive comprehensive test cases, covering positive, negative and corner‑case scenarios.
• Build integration and validation plans, manage requirement traceability and execute validation cycles on ECUs, networks and testbeds.
• Validate change requests, participate in end‑of‑cycle acceptance meetings and drive root‑cause analysis to closure.
• Perform MIL, SIL and HIL validation activities using Vector toolchain.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• Understanding of automotive E/E architecture and vehicle networks (CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
• Professional English proficiency and ISTQB certification.
• Exposure to ISO 26262 functional safety and experience with requirements management in DOORS Next Generation.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with at least one Vector tool: CANoe, CANalyzer or CANape.
• Scripting in Python (and optionally CAPL).
• Knowledge of AUTOSAR Classic stack and dSPACE tooling.
• Familiarity with ALM and issue‑tracking systems.
