Prospector (SPS)

About the role

Ozeol is looking for a Prospector (SPS) to act as the front‑line hunter in its global purchasing pipeline. You will use market insights to identify, qualify and engage new suppliers, opening doors for the company’s international buying process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new suppliers through internet research, trade fairs, magazines and international databases.
• Assess potential suppliers on cost, delivery time, quality and reliability.
• Communicate with suppliers from various countries, ensuring clear and effective interaction.
• Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to guarantee smooth procurement and delivery.
• Build and maintain qualified supplier files for the global database.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Trading, Procurement Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in sourcing, outbound sales, business development or market development.
• Strong commercial mindset with strategic thinking about procurement and sales.
• Excellent French‑speaking skills for effective communication with international suppliers.
• Professionalism, confidentiality and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
