Prospector – Global Supplier Acquisition

About the role

Ozeol is seeking a Prospector to act as the front‑line hunter for its global purchasing pipeline. You will use market insights to identify, qualify and engage new suppliers, supporting the company’s rapid international growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new suppliers through online research, trade fairs, magazines and international databases.
• Assess potential suppliers on cost, quality, reliability and delivery timelines.
• Communicate with suppliers from various countries, ensuring clear and effective dialogue.
• Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to guarantee smooth procurement and delivery.
• Maintain and update qualified supplier files in the global database.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Trading, Procurement Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in sourcing, outbound sales, business development or market development.
• Strong commercial mindset with strategic thinking about procurement and sales.
• Excellent English communication skills for interaction with international partners.
• Professionalism, confidentiality and strong negotiation abilities.
