Project Controlling Analyst – Electrical Systems

About the role

Join our team as a business partner in project controlling and help drive the financial success of our electric vehicle projects. You will ensure transparency, profitability and strong performance while supporting data‑driven decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee commercial management of projects within the Electrical Systems domain.
• Act as a trusted business partner in project controlling.
• Manage target costing processes, assess risks and opportunities, and initiate corrective actions.
• Perform ad‑hoc analyses and evaluate evolving assumptions.
• Conduct profitability assessments, including make‑or‑buy decisions.
• Support corporate planning processes such as budgeting, forecasting and mid‑ to long‑term planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, mathematics or equivalent.
• 3‑5 years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Solid understanding of key financial KPIs (EBIT, ROCE, CE, DCF).
• Strong analytical mindset with a solution‑oriented approach.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Initial experience with SAP PS/CO.
