Production Supervisor

About the role

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead its manufacturing team in delivering high‑quality aerospace components on schedule. The role focuses on maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production team activities in line with company policies and aerospace standards such as AS9100.
• Ensure production schedules are met while upholding safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Monitor workflow, troubleshoot issues, and manage proper use of equipment and materials.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve production concerns.
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members; enforce safety and operational procedures.
• Maintain production documentation, logs, and reports.
• Support lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or Mechanical Engineering degree.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing.

Required skills

• Knowledge of AS9100 aerospace quality system.
• Familiarity with FAA regulations.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency in 5S workplace organization.
