Production Planner (Supply chain)

About the role

The Production Planner will analyse customer programmes and translate them into manufacturing orders that meet deadlines, quality standards and service expectations. You will work closely with production, engineering and client planners to ensure schedules are feasible and up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and share the delivery situation with internal staff.
• Consult production teams on schedule feasibility.
• Receive, analyse and validate client schedules.
• Contact client planners to confirm any schedule changes.
• Inform production and engineering of reference or level changes.
• Analyse short‑ and medium‑term production capacity against client programmes.
• Prepare capacity studies and reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management IT, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar production planning role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good level of English.
• Serious, rigorous, autonomous and able to adapt quickly to change.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP.
