Pricing & Promotion Specialist

About the role

As a Pricing & Promotion Specialist for the EU market, you will join a data‑driven team that shapes the customer journey across multiple European countries. You will balance strategic portfolio goals with local market nuances, turning analytical insights into actionable promotional road‑maps.

Key responsibilities

• Recommend and execute promotion strategies for Raising Markets, defining optimal product inclusions and discount levels.
• Analyze campaign performance, delivering insights and impact estimates for executive decision‑making.
• Collaborate with Product, Pricing, Shipping, and Marketing partners to align promotions with the broader EU portfolio strategy.
• Monitor competitor pricing and campaigns using specialized software.
• Manage daily workflows and project increments via Jira to meet promotional deadlines.
• Support the promo‑optimization roadmap through testing initiatives and new tool implementation.
• Provide direct support to Promotion Experts and the EU Promotions Lead to refine discount structures.
• Develop automated data processes for performance tracking and reporting of EU campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent technical experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with Looker or similar data‑visualisation platforms.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional fluency in English, both written and verbal.
