Plant Manager – Manufacturing Operations (Nabeul)

About the role

The Plant Manager will lead the Nabeul site, ensuring safe, high‑quality production while meeting business objectives. Reporting to corporate leadership, the manager drives performance, cost control and continuous improvement across all functions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall direction and vision for the site, aligned with company strategy.
• Build and sustain a culture of safety, quality, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee daily operations to achieve production, service and project targets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
• Monitor and improve KPIs related to safety, quality, cost, delivery, efficiency and sustainability.
• Maintain and optimize equipment, facilities and processes.
• Lead, coach and develop the management team and workforce, fostering engagement and retention.
• Manage staffing, training and succession planning.
• Serve as primary contact for local authorities, customers and partners, representing the site in audits and inspections.
• Control the site budget (Capex, Opex) and drive cost‑saving initiatives.
• Support new business opportunities and site expansion projects.

Required profile

• Proven leadership across operations, people management, quality, customer satisfaction, cost and continuous improvement.
• Ability to build a strong safety and quality culture.
• Experience representing the site in corporate forums and with external stakeholders.
