Plant Controller

About the role

The Plant Controller will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting for the manufacturing unit, ensuring accurate forecasts and timely analysis of performance indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the annual budget and coordinate interim validation with managers, the Finance Manager, and the Managing Director.
• Gather underlying data from all departments and produce required reports for senior leadership.
• Develop short‑term (1‑year) forecasts and monthly forecasts based on departmental inputs.
• Support the Material Controller in material and transfer‑pricing analysis.
• Manage the monthly closing process and analyse variances against budget and forecast.
• Monitor weekly plant indicators, present status updates to Aptiv staff, and discuss actions to drive business growth.

Required profile

• Strong collaboration skills with managers, finance teams, and senior leadership.
• Ability to analyse variances and provide actionable insights.
• Experience supporting material and transfer‑pricing analysis.
