Planificateur – Production et Supply Chain

About the role

We are looking for a Planner to join Carthago Ceramic, a leading construction‑materials manufacturer in Sfax, Tunisia. The role focuses on developing and managing the industrial and commercial production plan while supporting efficient supply‑chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the industrial and commercial production plan.
• Configure and calculate CBN using the dedicated software.
• Lead weekly planning meetings.
• Set up, calculate and analyse supply‑chain KPIs.
• Monitor planning performance, achievement rates and investigate non‑conformities.
• Ensure accurate valuation of manufactured items.
• Minimise stock provisions and overall inventory levels.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Production Management, Logistics, Purchasing (GPLA) or Supply Chain Management.
• Up to five years of experience in a similar planning role.
• Strong time‑management and decision‑making abilities.
• Good knowledge of safety regulations and hygiene standards.
