Paid Media Specialist

About the role

Pluxee is looking for a Paid Media Specialist to drive digital performance across multiple international markets. Working within a global digital marketing hub‑and‑spoke model, you will partner with regional teams to plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns that support the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as CTR, conversions, CPA and ROI, providing actionable insights.
• Develop and implement remarketing and audience‑targeting strategies, including look‑alike modeling and retargeting.
• Allocate and optimise budget across campaigns to maximise efficiency and return on investment.
• Continuously analyse performance data and apply optimisation techniques to improve results.
