About the role
We are seeking an Organic Social Media & Community Manager to shape the online voice of Radisson Hotel Group. You will create engaging content, foster community interaction, and translate our brand promise “Every Moment Matters” into compelling social experiences across multiple platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, create and schedule organic posts on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube.
- Write captivating captions and calls‑to‑action that reflect the brand tone.
- Manage daily community engagement by responding to DMs, comments, mentions and tags.
- Proactively interact with followers and potential audiences to expand reach.
- Monitor trends, propose timely content ideas and analyse performance metrics.
- Collaborate with designers and video editors to produce visual assets.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in organic social media or community management.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone to different brand voices.
- Detail‑oriented, organized and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with social media management tools such as Later, Sprout, Hootsuite and Meta Business Suite.
- Deep understanding of platform algorithms, trends and analytics.
