Operations (Post-Trade) Consultant

About the role

Join Murex’s Client Services EMEA – Operations team to support European clients using the Murex platform for back‑office processes such as collateral, settlements and regulatory reporting. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring smooth platform operation, incident resolution and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert support for incident resolution, configuration and implementation of the Murex platform.
• Collaborate with internal product and development teams to deliver fixes, new features and modernization projects.
• Participate in migration, module implementation and validation activities, including design and configuration.
• Deliver internal and external training sessions and maintain up‑to‑date documentation.
• Present platform evolutions, report activities and contribute to client governance strategies.

Required profile

• Master’s degree from a top‑tier engineering school or university with a focus on financial markets or applied mathematics.
• Strong interest in IT and software development, with a client‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent analytical abilities and a structured problem‑solving approach.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multicultural, and international environment.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel across Europe.
