About the role

We are looking for a Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role you will run production equipment and carry out assembly tasks to deliver high‑quality products safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery according to work instructions and standards.
• Perform assembly, handling and finishing operations to meet quality and output targets.
• Conduct in‑process quality checks and report any non‑conformities.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized workstation following 5S principles.
• Record production and quality data accurately.
• Assist with changeovers, setups and continuous‑improvement activities.
• Follow all safety, quality and standard‑work requirements.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Comfort with repetitive tasks and handling small components.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety.
• Willingness to work assigned shifts.

Required skills

• Production equipment operation.
• Use of hand tools.
• Familiarity with 5S/Lean practices.
• Experience in electronics assembly or precision manufacturing (preferred).
