Morpheus Solution Specialist

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Morpheus Solution Specialist to provide technical support for VM Essentials and Morpheus Enterprise deployments across on‑prem, hybrid, and cloud environments. This hybrid position requires you to work on‑site two days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for VM Essentials and Morpheus Enterprise solutions.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot virtualization, compute, storage, networking, and automation issues.
• Drive timely case resolution in line with service level agreements.
• Assist customers during proof‑of‑concept cycles, including configuration validation and blocker resolution.
• Document solutions, FAQs, and best practices for internal knowledge bases.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales Engineering teams to ensure customer success.
• Handle standard break/fix tickets, perform environment checks, and conduct log analysis.
• Escalate complex issues to specialists with thorough investigation and documentation.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in technical support or infrastructure operations.
• Basic understanding of virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper‑V, or KVM.
• Familiarity with Linux and Windows environments and related troubleshooting tools.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Exposure to Morpheus, vSphere, vCenter, or comparable cloud management platforms.
• Experience with hybrid cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Understanding of API integrations, automation workflows, or infrastructure‑as‑code tools.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, global customer environment.
