Migration Consultant – SAP Payroll Migration

About the role

We are looking for a Migration Consultant to join ADP’s ESI Migration Factory and support the GlobalView to RISE program, the largest SAP‑based payroll migration to date. The role focuses on preparing, validating and executing key steps of the SAP RISE / S/4HANA upgrade for payroll across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Support the end‑to‑end migration process and help achieve project milestones.
• Provide expert insights on SAP Payroll functionality during the migration.
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams and technical specialists to resolve migration‑related challenges.
• Assist in preparing and validating data, configurations and test scenarios for SAP RISE.

Required profile

• Previous experience with SAP HCM, preferably in payroll or time modules.
• Strong analytical mindset with a commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills in English, able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Passion for building a long‑term career in SAP consultancy.
• IT background with an aptitude for troubleshooting technical issues.
