Medical Care Nurse

About the role

LEONI is seeking a qualified Nurse to manage the Medical Station and support occupational health within its Zaghouan facility. The role involves coordinating medical activities, reporting incidents, and ensuring a safe workplace for employees.

Key responsibilities

• Organise the Medical Station and work physician services.
• Create illness and accident reports and inform authorities.
• Manage first‑aid resources, first‑aiders, and medical supplies.
• Plan and conduct preventive and retrospective medical investigations, examinations and treatments.

Required profile

• University degree in Nursing, Healthcare or Paramedical Sciences.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience (preferred).
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong communication, empathy, intercultural sensitivity, stress resistance, self‑organisation, responsibility, teamwork and confidentiality.
