Marketing Specialist – Digital Marketing Associate

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to join our remote team. The position starts with a 2‑to‑3‑month paid training and selection period (half salary) and, upon successful completion, continues as a longer‑term role. No prior marketing experience is required.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
• Design and build ad creatives, including static visuals, carousels, reels, videos, and motion graphics.
• Oversee SEO and keyword strategy to improve website visibility.
• Create or coordinate content for emails, blogs, landing pages, and social media.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions.
• Manage email‑marketing platforms and automation workflows (e.g., Zapier).
• Prepare performance reports and deliver actionable insights.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, data‑savvy, and passionate about using digital channels for real‑world impact.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies.
• Self‑starter comfortable with remote work, deadlines, and autonomy.
