Marketing Design Intern

About the role

LRT Innovation Labs is seeking a creative Marketing Design Intern to support its Graphic/Marketing Designer. This full‑time, three‑month paid internship offers hands‑on experience creating visual assets for digital and print communications.

Key responsibilities

• Create and adapt visual content for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communications.
• Design and update brochures, catalogues, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
• Edit and retouch photos to meet brand standards.
• Adjust designs for various formats and platforms, ensuring consistency across channels.
• Collaborate closely with the Graphic/Marketing Designer, incorporating feedback and making revisions.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong eye for detail, creativity, and willingness to learn.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant design work (highly preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience using Figma.
• Knowledge of photo editing and retouching techniques.
• Familiarity with Affinity Designer (a plus).
• Basic experience with Canva (a plus).
