Market Development Manager (Tunisia)

About the role

BloomWorks, a creative studio specializing in high‑end architectural visualisation and AI‑driven visual experiences, is seeking a Market Development Manager to expand its footprint across Tunisia. You will work directly with architects, developers, contractors and design professionals, turning opportunities into long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities throughout Tunisia.
• Build and nurture relationships with architects, real‑estate developers, contractors, industrial firms and design professionals.
• Prospect, qualify leads and schedule client meetings.
• Present BloomWorks’ services and portfolio, tailoring solutions to client needs.
• Prepare commercial proposals in collaboration with the production team.
• Guide projects from initial contact through contract signing.
• Represent BloomWorks at industry events, conferences and networking gatherings.
• Contribute insights to the company’s commercial strategy and market‑growth plans.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and comfortable working independently.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in French and Arabic; English is a strong advantage.
• Valid driving licence with willingness to travel extensively across Tunisia.
• Experience in real‑estate, architecture, construction, design or B2B business development is a plus, but motivation and attitude are paramount.
