About the role
The company GOURMANDISE is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join its team in Sfax. The role involves ensuring the proper functioning of mechanical, electrical and air‑conditioning systems within the facility.
Key responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve faults in air‑conditioning and electrotechnical installations.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
- Document maintenance activities and report any recurring issues.
Required profile
- Professional training in maintenance (BTP or BTS) with a focus on air‑conditioning.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar maintenance position.
- Dynamic, rigorous and methodical work attitude.
