Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for developing and overseeing preventive and predictive maintenance policies, ensuring equipment availability and performance while staying within budget. The role provides on‑site support for diagnosing critical equipment failures and leads the creation of technical documentation and training programs for the maintenance team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance policies, checklists, and FMEA documentation.
• Prioritize work requests, schedule work orders, and allocate resources efficiently.
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with standards, industrial norms, and budget constraints.
• Provide field assistance for complex equipment diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Inspect intervention quality, analyze reports, and verify record accuracy in the CMMS system.
• Identify repetitive failures, conduct root‑cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
• Review spare‑parts requirements, monitor inventory, and manage supplier interactions.
• Analyze maintenance KPIs and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (mechanical, electrical, or related).
• 2–5 years of experience in a production or automotive maintenance role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing environments and equipment reliability.
