Logistics Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Operations Specialist to support and optimise transport and packaging activities. The role involves coordinating transportation flows, managing packaging processes, monitoring logistics KPIs and ensuring smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate transport and packaging activities with regional logistics teams and transport providers.
• Plan, monitor and manage inbound and outbound transportation flows, including reservations and timely delivery execution.
• Manage transport‑related transactions through SAP, BISS, TISS and HOST systems.
• Track and analyse logistics KPIs to support operational performance.
• Prepare and manage transport and customs documentation and ensure proper handling of returnable and empty packaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Knowledge of logistics and inventory management, preferably in an industrial environment.
• Good command of English and strong organisational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
