Logistics Network Purchasing & Management Leader

About the role

The Logistics Network Purchasing & Management leader will oversee the end‑to‑end procurement and logistics functions for LEONI’s automotive wiring systems business. Reporting to senior management, you will drive performance against defined KPIs, ensure governance compliance, and continuously improve service delivery across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the Logistics Network Purchasing and Management unit, aligning activities with objectives and KPIs.
• Identify improvement opportunities, provide consulting, and enhance service delivery.
• Ensure adherence to standards, governance, and process execution.
• Lead direct reports, define their objectives, tasks, and responsibilities, and monitor results.
• Plan regular team activities to cover all stages of the logistics process and respond to incoming requests.
• Assess training and development needs, support professional growth, and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Implement measures to boost team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management, and personal growth.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in vehicle component management or related logistics purchasing roles.
• Strong communication and social/intercultural sensitivity.
• Proven change‑management capabilities.
• Result‑oriented, motivated, and resilient.
• Self‑organized with conflict‑management skills.
• Team‑player mindset.
