Logistics Advanced Key User – Trim

About the role

Lear Corporation Tunisia is looking for a Logistics Advanced Key User (AKU) to support the Trim logistics area. The AKU will ensure SAP logistics processes run smoothly, improve system usage, and act as a bridge between end‑users and IT.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SAP logistics improvements and coordinate system changes with IT.
• Define specifications, test enhancements, and support deployments.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of logistics documentation such as labels, ASN, and delivery notes.
• Configure and manage logistics flows in SAP, including planning, scheduling, warehouse, and replenishment.
• Analyze and resolve documentation‑related customer complaints.
• Train key users and end users on SAP logistics processes.
• Lead inventory checks (W2W) and support continuous improvement/Kaizen initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of business processes and project management.
• Extensive experience designing or managing ERP systems, specifically SAP.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Excel, Access and PowerBI.
• Professional experience in logistics.
• Good communication skills in both French and English.
