Lead Specialist IT Operations

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Lead Specialist IT Operations to join its Tunisia site. The role supports the hand‑over of IT services to operations, ensures consistent execution of procedures and provides first‑line service desk support for the company's IT portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Define scope of hand‑over to operations and contribute to operational procedure definition.
• Execute 1st level service desk tasks and assist 2nd/3rd level support for all relevant IT solutions.
• Prioritise and resolve service requests and incidents.
• Administer, monitor and operate existing IT systems.
• Create, approve, manage and maintain IT continuity plans.
• Manage user identity and access to IT systems.
• Ensure security protection and technical realisation of IT systems.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant IT operations experience.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
