Lead Quality Systems Specialist

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Lead Quality Systems Specialist to ensure the effective deployment and maintenance of its Integrated Management System (IMS) at the facility level. The role involves guiding the plant team on quality standards, supporting compliance with automotive and environmental regulations, and driving continuous improvement across the production site.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy the Integrated Management System (IMS) within the facility and approve translation needs when required.
• Develop local quality standards as needed and ensure alignment with global requirements.
• Coordinate, train, and coach plant personnel on quality standards, tools, and best practices.
• Manage facility management review activities, gathering inputs and communicating outcomes of review meetings.
• Ensure compliance with customer‑specific requirements, IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and local regulations.
• Oversee the implementation and dissemination of corrective and preventive actions arising from audits.
• Lead preparation for internal and external audits within the production facility.

Required profile

• University degree in a scientific field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in quality management, preferably in an automotive environment.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multicultural teams.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Integrated Management System (IMS) implementation.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949 standards.
• Understanding of ISO 45001 occupational health and safety standards.
• Understanding of ISO 14001 environmental management standards.
