Lead Expert HRBP

About the role

LEONI, a global provider of products, solutions and services for power distribution and connectivity in the automotive industry, is hiring a Lead Expert HRBP in Mateur. The role acts as HR Business Partner for an assigned area of responsibility, supporting leaders in designing their employee strategy and handling HR-related matters.

Key responsibilities

• Support leaders in designing the employee strategy for their area and act as HR Business Partner and interface for HR topics.
• Organize information for annual salary increases, personnel planning by FTE and personnel costs, and support strategic workforce planning.
• Assign internal and external personnel selection to HR recruiting, support contract negotiations and onboarding, and forward staffing requirements to HR Recruiting.
• Coordinate HR topics for the leader or area, support talent management and successor planning, and coach leaders on leadership, competency management and team development.
• Support the salary change process, personnel development measures, exit support, and the deployment of HR processes and guidelines.

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent English and French.
• 5 years of experience in the HR field.
