About the role

We are looking for a bilingual German‑English customer service specialist to join our team remotely. You will provide exceptional support via voice, chat and email, helping a diverse range of e‑commerce customers from the comfort of your home office.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, live‑chat and email inquiries in German and English.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver quick, effective resolutions.
• Personalize interactions to understand and meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Provide feedback to refine processes and service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Excellent communication skills and calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk or Shopify (or similar support tools).
