Junior Digital Merchandiser (French)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Digital Merchandiser who is fluent in French to join our eCommerce team. You will work with international brands, mainly on Amazon France and Belgium, ensuring product content is accurate, live and optimised.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, upload and share product content packages with eRetailers (Amazon FR/BE).
• Perform live checks, close content gaps and ensure listings are up‑to‑date.
• Participate in weekly client calls to report progress and resolve issues.
• Update task status in trackers and presentation decks.
• Identify inconsistencies, flag them to clients and propose quick solutions.
• Support asset production coordination and collaborate with a team of specialists.
• Continuously learn eCommerce trends and improve personal skills.

Required profile

• At least one year of client‑facing experience in a digital environment.
• Positive, problem‑solving attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Team player with a sense of responsibility.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural, international setting.
• Fluent in English and French (minimum B2+/C1).

Required skills

• Intermediate Excel.
• Familiarity with project‑management tools such as Asana or Jira.
