About the role
Join Red Lion & Company as a Junior Business Development Executive on a 3‑month compensated internship. You will work with AI‑generated leads, active ad campaigns, and a supportive CEO to book qualified meetings and drive sales for two core products.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach using daily AI‑generated lead lists (20‑40 prospects) via personalized WhatsApp messages and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Prospect and connect with decision‑makers in Real Estate, Tourism, Automotive, and B2B Services across Morocco and East Africa.
- Qualify inbound leads from Meta and LinkedIn ad campaigns, manage the full pipeline, and schedule demo calls.
- Collaborate with the AI WhatsApp sales agent to ensure timely follow‑up of all leads.
- Make warm calls to hot leads, re‑engage stalled prospects, and maintain consistent contact cadence.
- Update lead statuses daily in Zoho CRM and keep the pipeline accurate.
Required profile
- Junior‑level candidate with strong motivation to learn sales development.
- Fluent English (mandatory) and based in Tunisia.
- Comfortable working with AI tools and digital advertising leads.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with Zoho CRM.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
