Java Developer (Java, PL/SQL, C & Python) – Hybrid, Tunis

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer to join our team in Tunis on a 12‑month renewable contract. The role combines on‑site collaboration (2–3 days per week) with remote work, allowing you to contribute to critical software projects while maintaining flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java‑based applications.
• Write and optimise PL/SQL queries, and develop components in C and Python.
• Perform software analysis, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate closely with QA, Business Analysts, CX, and Project Management teams.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Java development.
• Strong proficiency in PL/SQL, C and Python.
• Proven ability to analyse requirements, develop solutions and troubleshoot issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Effective multitasking and analytical capabilities.
