About the role
Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader, is looking for a freshly graduated IT Support Officer to assist the IT Manager in implementing and maintaining the Faurecia Informatique Tunisie standards as defined by the Forvia Group.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical and functional support to users and resolve all IT incidents they report.
- Monitor the helpdesk for new incidents and requests, prioritise them and assess security indicators, correcting and resolving non-conformances as a priority.
- Prepare new laptops for network use according to Forvia standard installation policies.
- Maintain and update IT site documentation continuously, such as the IT inventory, phones and 4G devices.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills; English is mandatory.
- Excellent teamwork skills and an outgoing personality able to interact with all levels of employees.
- Willingness to work shifts if required now or in the future.
