IT Infrastructure Manager – Lead Enterprise Systems

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of our enterprise IT environment. The role ensures that all servers, networks, storage, and cloud services operate reliably, securely, and at optimal performance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, and cloud systems.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all IT systems.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Manage backups, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity.
• Oversee hardware and software installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Enforce IT policies, standards, and security protocols.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers.
• Lead and support IT support staff and technical teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure or system administration.
• Strong problem‑solving and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
