International Negotiator

About the role

The International Negotiator will be based in Izmir and will lead the sourcing and purchasing of surplus and overstock goods from suppliers worldwide. You will build long‑term relationships, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure compliance with Ozeol’s pricing, quality and volume targets for the European market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify international suppliers of surplus inventory.
• Conduct market and product research to assess opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, incoterms and delivery terms in line with internal policies.
• Collaborate with logistics, finance and sales teams to secure timely deliveries and optimise margins.
• Prepare regular reports on negotiation outcomes and monitor supplier performance.
• Continuously seek new sourcing opportunities across global markets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in international negotiation, procurement or purchasing, preferably in surplus inventory, FMCG or retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust across cultures and time zones.
• Advanced written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Analytical mindset with ability to compare offers, perform margin analysis and solve problems.
• Organisational skills to manage multiple negotiations and deadlines simultaneously.
