International Negotiator – AME Region

About the role

Ozean is a worldwide B2B supplier specializing in stock clearance and surplus product purchasing. The International Negotiator for the Africa & Middle East (AME) region will be responsible for sourcing overstocks, liquidations and unsold goods, negotiating purchase conditions, and ensuring smooth order management across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and purchase overstocks, liquidations and unsold inventory at competitive prices.
• Utilize Ozean’s internal software and office resources to process transactions efficiently.
• Manage claims and disputes with customers and vendors, ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain regular communication with managers, support staff and external partners.
• Negotiate purchasing terms and pricing to secure favorable conditions.
• Track orders, verify documentation and follow up to guarantee delivery.
• Achieve qualitative and quantitative objectives set by management.

Required profile

• Proven experience working in the AME region (Africa & Middle East) in sales, business development or a commercial role.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Fluency in both French and English.
• Commercially minded with a strategic approach to purchasing.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
• Problem‑solving skills for handling claims and disputes.
• Flexibility to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
