International Buyer (PEM)

About the role

Ozeol is seeking an International Buyer to manage product families and supplier portfolios, aligning purchases with the company’s strategy and ensuring cost, lead time, and quality targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and purchase overstocks, liquidations, and unsold goods on the international market at optimal prices.
• Negotiate purchasing conditions and prices to secure favorable terms.
• Follow up on orders, ensuring all required documentation is complete.
• Utilize internal software and office resources effectively.
• Manage claims and disputes with customers and vendors efficiently.
• Maintain frequent communication with managers and support staff to achieve qualitative and quantitative objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Commercial, Procurement Management or related field.
• Proven track record in purchasing, negotiation or trading, preferably in international buying or supplier negotiation.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with excellent English; French is a plus.
• Commercial mindset with a strategic approach to purchasing.
• High professionalism and confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
