International Buyer – Italian & English

About the role

The International Buyer (Italian and English) will work full‑time on site in Sousse, Tunisia, engaging daily with suppliers and partners across international markets. The role involves identifying and sourcing overstocks from Italian‑speaking and English‑speaking suppliers, negotiating purchasing terms and ensuring products meet company and market standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source overstock products from Italian‑ and English‑speaking suppliers.
• Negotiate purchasing terms and manage supplier relationships.
• Analyze offers and coordinate with logistics, quality, and sales teams.
• Monitor market trends and maintain accurate records of negotiations and contracts.
• Follow up on shipments and deliveries to ensure timely execution.
• Communicate regularly via phone, email and online platforms and participate in team meetings and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Strong language skills in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in purchasing, sourcing or international trade, including supplier identification and contract follow‑up.
• Knowledge of inventory management and overstock or clearance markets.
• Analytical and organizational abilities with proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain or relevant professional experience.
