International Buyer – English/French (Sousse)

About the role

We are looking for an International Buyer fluent in English and French to join our Sousse office. The buyer will source surplus and overstock inventory from global suppliers and prepare these products for resale in European markets. You will work closely with sales, logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth purchasing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate surplus inventories from suppliers worldwide, focusing on items suitable for European resale.
• Prospect, contact and negotiate purchasing terms and prices with suppliers in English and French.
• Analyze market opportunities, product quality, compliance and resale potential.
• Coordinate logistics, import/export documentation and internal hand‑over of purchased goods.
• Maintain accurate records of offers, contracts and transactions in CRM/ERP systems.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics and finance to achieve commercial targets.

Required profile

• Strong commercial and negotiation experience in international purchasing or sourcing.
• Excellent written and spoken English and French.
• Ability to research markets, assess offers and manage multiple negotiations.
• Experience working in multicultural, global teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain or related field (or equivalent experience).

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel).
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Familiarity with basic office digital tools (email, document handling).
