International Admissions Advisor – Tunisia Market

About the role

We are seeking an International Admissions Advisor to develop our student recruitment activities in Tunisia for an Italian management school. The role involves guiding prospective Tunisian students through the entire admission process, from initial inquiry to enrollment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage prospective students from first contact through enrollment, conducting phone and video consultations.
• Explain admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and payment options, and support visa application processes.
• Maintain and update the admissions pipeline using CRM systems, converting qualified leads into enrolled students.
• Develop relationships with schools, universities, educational consultants, and recruitment partners in Tunisia.
• Identify new recruitment opportunities within the Tunisian market and work toward enrollment targets.

Required profile

• Experience in international admissions, study‑abroad counseling, student recruitment or education sales.
• Strong knowledge of the Tunisian student market and European higher‑education admission processes.
• Proven ability to meet enrollment targets and work with performance KPIs.
• Fluent in Arabic and French, professional proficiency in English; Italian is a plus.
