Internal Material Flow Manager

About the role

The Internal Material Flow Manager will lead the digital transformation and continuous improvement of internal material flows, ensuring efficient, safe, and lean logistics aligned with production needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop value‑stream maps (VSMs) and lean solutions to optimise logistics, storage, line‑side feeding and material routes.
• Design and improve milk‑run, tugger, forklift and AGV flows to reduce movement, handling time and costs.
• Lead inventory and root‑cause analysis, addressing stock discrepancies, WIP inflation, negative stock, BF gaps and SAP movement issues.
• Prevent excess and obsolete inventory and implement best practices for material feeding and stock management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac +5) minimum with at least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain, manufacturing planning, material feeding and inventory management.

Required skills

• SAP and ERP system proficiency.
• MS Office competency.
• Lean Manufacturing and continuous‑improvement mindset.
