Integrated Management System (IMS) Manager

About the role

WeWire Tunisia is seeking an Integrated Management System (IMS) Manager to lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of its quality and environmental management system for the automotive sector. The role is based in Hammamet and reports to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the Integrated Management System covering IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.
• Ensure compliance with Customer Specific Requirements (CSR) and internal WeWire standards.
• Plan, coordinate and lead internal audits as well as external certification audits.
• Monitor quality and environmental KPIs and drive continuous‑improvement projects.
• Support suppliers in meeting quality and environmental requirements.
• Deliver IMS training and promote a culture of quality and environmental awareness.
• Manage and develop the IMS team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of experience in quality and environmental management within the automotive industry.
• Fluent in English and French; German is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication and analytical abilities.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of IATF 16949.
• In‑depth knowledge of ISO 14001.
• Understanding of Customer Specific Requirements (CSR).
• Proficiency in auditing methodologies.
