Industrial Recruiter – North America Market

About the role

TMC US is seeking an Industrial Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for its North American clients in the Renewable Energy, Water Treatment, Environmental and Industrial sectors. You will act as a strategic partner, ensuring the right technical and engineering talent is sourced and placed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and engineering positions across the US market.
• Source and attract qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking and referrals.
• Conduct competency‑based screenings and interviews to assess technical and behavioral fit.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment process.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in international or industrial settings.
• Strong understanding of technical and engineering roles.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and reporting skills.
• Professional level of English.
