About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Human Relations Advisors to join our call centre in Sousse. In this position you will provide psychic guidance and consultations to our clients, ensuring each interaction is supportive and professional.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver personalized psychic consultations over the phone, addressing client questions and concerns.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically in fluent English.
- Build trusting relationships with clients to encourage repeat engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of each session in accordance with company standards.
Required profile
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to listen actively and provide compassionate guidance.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced call‑centre environment.
